Throughout the year, we work with a number of community partners on special events that share the joy and curiosity of engineering with a new generation of future engineers. Here are a few of these events:
Boys and Girls Teen STEM Summit
We partner with Boys and Girls Clubs around the state to welcome these future engineers to NC State University campus to engage in hands-on engineering activities and speak with current undergraduate students.
Girl Scouts TechnoQuest
Collaborating with the Girl Scouts of the North Carolina Coastal Pines, we host hands-on engineering activities for young girls interested in STEM.
Astronomy Days
Hosted at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences, this event brings together many different engineers and scientists to share about STEM and astronomy to the public.
